To start things off, this is one of my favorite anime artworks. The foot is drawn very well. This was drawn by Yabuki Kentaru. The character is Momo from the series "To Love-Ru". It's a very sexy manga and anime series, and there will probably be a lot more posts about it. I actually own an incredible art book by Kentaru which I plan on posting images of in the near future.
